We have a 3-strike rule in place. Once a child is told a third time to stop, then it's time to sit and think about it for a minute(minute per year old). If child's behavior is severe/harmful it will be an automatic time out. For constant severe/harmful behavior parent(s) and teacher will meet to discuss a strategic all-around plan to improve on child's behavior.
